Accepted payment options

Via PayPal Express checkout;

Shipping Cost

In addition to the prices shown, we charge the following shipping costs for delivery:

  • ​Germany: 5,50€
    • (Germany free shipping for packages with a minimum value of 100€)
  • European Union: 15€
  • ​UK* and Swiss: 27€
  • Rest of the World: 48€

If the country is not within the list at check out, please reach us.

*UK customers will still be able to continue to shop with us. A minimum spend of €165 is now incurred for the foreseeable future.

International customers including the UK are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees/handling fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient;

I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Recycled Packaging

We ship in recycled box and invite you to reuse the same when still in good condition.

If you prefer a brand new box, please contact us immediately after the purchase and we will use that for you.

Delivery times

This is a small shop and we do not have the capacity to guarantee "Next days shipping".

We do our best to make this always happen, but we are also human, we make mistakes (and sometimes may fall ill).

If you need your order on a specific date, please contact us. We will be happy to inform you whether we can meet the deadline.

We ship with DHL throughout Europe and aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. The delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday.

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). The carrier is responsible for the delivery timing, and we have no control over that.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
